From January 2018, Les Têtes de l’Art accepted to join the “OnGea – ONline GEAr enhancing Youth Work” project, financed through the Erasmus+ programme. Coordinated by ROOTS & ROUTES Cologne (Germany) the project is implemented together with 10 project partners – cultural and artistic organisations from Italy, Netherlands, UK, Greece, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania, Spain and France.
In the framework of this project 2 essential tools (applications) will be developed:
- “OnGea Activity Module” dedicated to the organisations that organise transnational youth exchange (KA1) and equivalent. This application will allow the organisations to exchange participant data, plan activity schedules, export participant signature lists, export csv files that can directly be loaded into the EU Mobility Tool for project reporting.
- “OnGea App” is designated for the participants of youth exchanges and seminars (KA1), or other camps and events. It will provide daily schedules, travel information/maps, and the organizing team can send messages to all participants through the app. The data (schedules, travels etc) will be synchronized with the OnGea Activity Module.
The applications are being finalized. Next steps: translate and test the OnGea App and Activity Module, activities that will take place from February to May. June 10th to 13 the final meeting will take place in Rotterdam and will mark the beginning of the dissemination activities in each country.
Are you implementing KA1 projects or similar? Do you want to use these innovative tools, that will ease your organisational work and contact with the participants?
